This is a very interesting topic, and it is the time when we try to understand the term “How are you?”, that term in over 2.000+ language have their own different essence, but in general, what we can get from the term “How are you?” is that in some culture, if we ask someone that question, it’s actually an interpretation of “are you in full stomach?” or maybe it’s just me? But at the end, what we want to point out when we ask that question, it is a sincere form of careness towards others which translate into the question “Are you happy, or not?” for the one who haven’t gotten the bigger picture, after that statement, maybe you will think “what does he mean?” or maybe the analytics type, the thought that surrounds their head is “Define happy”.

If we were asked “Why should wa be happy?” some of you might be pissed, why? We work 9 to 5 or have to go to campus everyday handling tough situation and then someone feels like they have the decency to ask “Why should we be happy?”, but that is a valid question, why? Because in order for our friends, our family, our colleagues and our surroundings to be happy, we first need to be happy, to make it simple, We need to be happy before we can make other people happy, because only happy people can make other people happy, sad people will only make othe people sad, because people tend to show empathy towards sad people, and empathy cores from mutual sadness from those who suffers, as we can see in the declaration of independece of United States of America, there lies the writing “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness”, and that means that searching for happiness is also is also a big part of life, Life we already achieve from our family and friends, the government already state our liberty, but are we already in a state of where we are happy? Are we happy with our lives? Like really, really happy? Because fact says there are more changes in the last 30 years than in the first 3.000 years of life itself, like so many changes, but, the Earth itself is still viewed as a sad planet, there are still poverty, people who are not eating, like in every corner while some of us are in a full stomach, another fact is that we settle for what’s easy, we have listen to everybody, we do things because everyboody say so, not because we wanted to do it, only 1 out of 10 people knows the difference between ‘Passion’ and ‘Occupation’, there are people, when asked what is his/her passion, the answer that they give defines the occupatin that they are currently in, on anothe level, there’s only 1 out of 20 people knows the difference between “Purpose of Life” and “Target in Life”, and what’s staggerring is only 1 out of 100 people knows their Value in life and carreer, is it about the money? Of course not, money is important, but it will only take us to one point of life or maybe halfway.
Happiness can be achieved with two ways, Pleasure and Meaning. You need to embrace your passion, essentially if it’s your passion, you’ll do it in pleasure because great money will follow grat work, and you don’t need to search hard for passion, it’s already within you. The corellation with purpose is, because a popular scientist once said “There is no reason to live without Purpose”, who is it you might ask, we know him as Mr. E=MC2, yes, Albert Einstein, you may as well stop here if you still don’t have a purpose in life as an analogy, Do you want to be trapped in a horse race that is never your in the first place? Where you feel empty after all the accomplishment in life, Be Mindful with your mind, your perception creates your reality for God wants us to be the best version of ourself, we are who we are in our own way, we are unique, we are special for our own purpose, Be the ultimate you! Consider this a challenge for you but as a response to yourself, and it’s called “Mission 21” it’s simple, we want you to do 1 new thing, just 1, in 21 consecutive days, if you break the chain, go back to day 1, it can be anything, but try to pick something with high awesome level, and Remember, you have to be honest with what you feel, and we consider you to write that new experience and what you feel, BE HONEST, the next challenge is to donate 4 hours of your week to find your purpose, and last but not least, What’s your next Big thing? Don’t just live day by day, set your milestone everyweek, even better everyday and I guarantee you’ll get closer to your Passion< Purpose and Value, and for what? For your own happiness.
And to close this, there is one question, “Are you the person you want yourself to be?”.
